The Seasonal Hydromet Bulletin provides a detailed analysis of hydro-meteorological conditions, including temperature variations, rainfall distribution, and other climatic factors affecting water resources. It offers insights into potential impacts on agriculture, water management, and energy, serving as a critical tool for stakeholders in planning and decision-making processes.
