For tomorrow, numerical forecast data indicates that weather events favourable for the formation of rain will continue to strengthen. Along with this, the eastern, south eastern and southern zones of the Tigray region; from the Amhara region, South and Central Gondar, North and South Wolo, Wag hemra, Awi Zone, East and West Gojam, North Showa Zones and the Oromo Special Zone; from the Afar region of Kilbet, Fanti, Hati, Awsi and Gabi zones; Asosa, Kamash and Mao Komo zones from Benshangul Gumuz region; from Oromia region Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, Jimma, East, West, Horo Guduru and Kelem Welega, North, West, East and South West Showa, Borena and East Borena, Bale and East Bale, Arsi and West Arsi, Guji and West Guji, West and East Hararge zones; Addis Ababa; Agnuwak, Majang and Itang zones of Gambella region; from South West Ethiopia Region Sheka, Kefa, Bench Sheko, Konta, Dauro and West Omo Zones; from central Ethiopia region Gurage, Silte, Hadia, Kambata and Tenbaro zones; all the zones of Sidama region; from South Ethiopia region Wolayta, Gamo, Gofa, Basketo, Derashe, Konso, Amaro, Gedeo, Burji and South Omo zones; From Somali Region City, Fafen, Erer, Nogob, Jarar, Liben, Afder, Shebele, Korahe, Dolo and Dawa zones; Harar and Diredawa will have light to moderate rainfall at many places. Moreover, Jimma, Borena, Guji, North, East, West, and South West Showa Zones, South Wolo, Sheka, Konta, Dauro, Gamo, Gofa, Wolayta Konso, Gurage, Silte, Hadia, Kambata, and Xenbaro zones will receive heavy rainfall. Therefore, the Ethiopian Institute of Meteorology suggests that the community and concerned bodies should take necessary precautions in the Awash basin, in the Rift Valley, and in the Wabi Shebele basins and flood-prone areas.
