በትናንትናው ዕለት በምዕራብ፣ ሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ በመካከለኛዉ እና በደቡብ የሀገራችን አካባቢዎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁም ጋር ተያይዞ በምዕራብ ጎንደር እና አኝዋክ ዞኖች ቀላል መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በመተማ፣ ድሬዳዋ፣ መተሐራ፣ ሚኤሶ እና ጎዴ የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን ከ35.0-41.0°C ሆኖ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday there were cloudy patches over the western, northwestern, central and southern parts of our country. Along with this, light rain was recorded in the western Gondar and Agnuak zones. On the other hand, daytime maximum temperatures of 35.0–41.0°C were recorded in Metehara, Dire Dawa, Metekel, Meiso and Gode.

In line with this, many areas of Guji and West Guji, Borena and East Borena, Bale, Arsi and West Arsi, Jimma, Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, Horo Guduru, Kellem, East and West Wollega, North Shoa, East Shoa, Southwest Shoa, and West Shoa zones of the Oromia region; Wolayita, Gamo, Gofa, Basketo, and Gedeo zones of the South Ethiopia region; all zones of the Sidama region; Dawa, Liben, and Afder zones of the Somali region; Gurage, East Gurage, Mareko special zone, Silte, Yem special zone, Hadiya, Halaba, Kembata, and Tembaro zones of the Central Ethiopia region; Kaffa, Sheka, Bench Sheko, Konta, and Dawuro Zones of the Southwest Ethiopia region; Agnuak, Itang, and Majang zones of the Gambella region; Assosa, Metekel, Kamashi, and Mao-Komo zones of the Benishangul-Gumuz region; West, North, South, and Central Gondar, Awi zone, North and South Wollo, North Shoa, and West and East Gojjam zones of the Amhara region; and the Western, Northwestern, and Central zones of the Tigray Region are expected to receive light to moderate rainfall amounts ranging from 1–29 mm in most places. In addition, heavy rainfall exceeding 30 mm within 24 hours is expected over West Gondar and Metekel zones. On the other hand, maximum daytime temperatures ranging between 35°C and 40°C are expected to be recorded in Semera, Elidar, Gambella, Fugnido, Abobo, Melka Jebdu, Mayhansa, Mehoni, Dire Dawa, Aysha, Metema, Dallifage, Awash Arba, Metehara, Gode, and Kebri Dehar.
