በትናንትናው ዕለት በሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ ምዕራብ፣ በደቡብ እና በደቡብ ምዕራብ የሀገሪቱ አካባቢዎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን ነበራቸው፡፡ በመሆኑም በምስራቅ ጎጃም፣ ጋምቤላ፣ ኢሉባቦር፣ ፣ምዕራብ ኦሞ፣ ዳውሮ፣ ጌዴኦ እና በሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች ቀላል መጠን ያለው ዝናብ አግኝተዋል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በጋምቤላ፣ ፉኝዶ፣ ቅዳሜ ገበያ፣ መንደር11፣ የጭላ፣ ማይሃንሳ፣ እንዳባጉና፣ ሰመራ፣ ኤሊዳር፣ ገዋኔ፣ አዋሽ አርባ፣ ቀብሪደሃር እና ጎዴ የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን ከ35-42.5°C ሆኖ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

በነገው ዕለት በሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ በደቡብ ምዕራብ፣ በደቡብ፣ ምዕራብ እና በመካከለኛው የሀገሪቱ አካባቢዎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን ይኖራቸዋል፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር ተያይዞ ከኦሮሚያ ክልል የምዕራብ ሸዋ፣ ምዕራብ አርሲ ፣ ሆሮ ጉድሩ፣ ምስራቅ ወለጋ እና ጅማ ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የጎፋ፣ ጋሞ፣ ባስኬቶ እና ጌድኦ ዞኖች፤ የሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የቤንች ሸኮ፣ ሸካ እና ከፋ ዞኖች ፤ ከጋምቤላ ክልል የአኙዋክ እና ማጃንግ ዞኖች እና ከአማራ ክልል የምስራቅና ምዕራብ ጎጃም፣ ደቡብ ጎንደር እና ደቡብ ወሎ ዞኖች ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ያገኛሉ፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በሰሜን ምዕራብ፤ በደቡብ ምስራቅ እና በጋምቤላ ክልል አከባቢዎች የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን ከ35°C በላይ እንደሚሆን የትንበያ መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ፡፡
