በትናንትናው ዕለት የበልግ ዝናብ ተጠቃሚ በሆኑት የሀገራችን አካባቢዎች እንዲሁም በሰሜን ምዕራብ የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም በወላይታ፣ ጋሞ፣ ጎፋ፣ ኮንሶ፣ ቡርጅና ጌዲኦ ዞኖች ፤ በቦረና እና ምስራቅ ቦረና፣ ጉጂ እና ምዕራብ ጉጂ፣ ባሌ፣ አርሲ እና ምዕራብ አርሲ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ሐረርጌ፣ ምስራቅ ሸዋ፣ ጅማ፣ ኢሉባቦር፣ ቡኖበደሌ፣ ምስራቅና ሆሮጉድሩ ወለጋ ዞኖች፤ የሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች፤ ዳውሮ ዞን፤ ጉራጌ እና ሀድያ ዞኖች፤ ቆራሄ ዞን፤ ሰሜንና ደቡብ ወሎ፣ ሰሜን ሸዋ፣ ሰሜንና ማዕከላዊ ጎንደር፣ አዊ እና ምስራቅ ጎጃም ዞኖች፤ ደቡብና ምስራቅ ትግራይ ዞኖች ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን (1-29 ሚ.ሜ) ያለው ዝናብ ያገኙ ሲሆን፤ በኮንሶ፣ ተርጫ እና ቡሌሆራ በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከ30 ሚ.ሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በመተማ፣ ጋምቤላ፣ ሰመራ፣ ገዋኔ፣ አዋሽአርባ፣ ጎዴ እና ቀብሪደሀር የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን ከ35.0-40.6 ዲግሪ ሴልሺየስ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday, there was strong cloud cover over the Belg benefiting areas of our country. In this regards, Wolayta, Gamo, Gofa, Konso, Burj, and Gedeo zones; Borena and East Borena, Guji and west Guji, Bale, Arsi and west Arsi, west and east Hararge, east Shewa, Jimma, Ilubabor, Bunobedele, east and Horogudru Wellega zones; Sidama region zones; Dauro zone, Gurage and Hadiya zones; Korahe zone; north and south Wollo, north Shewa, north and central Gondar, Awi, and east Gojjam zones, as well as the southern and eastern Tigray zones received light to moderate amounts of rain (1-29 mm); while more than 30 mm of heavy rainfall was recorded in Konso, Tercha, and Bulehora in just 24 hours. On the other hand, in Metema, Gambella, Semera, Gewane, Awasharba, Gode, and Kebridehar the maximum temperature of the day was recorded between 35.0 to 40.6 degrees Celsius.

In association with this, from Southwest Ethiopia region Wolaita, Gamo, Gofa, Basketo, Gardula, Kore, South Omo, and Gedeo zones; from the Southwest Ethiopia area; Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa, Konta, west Omo, and Dauro zones; from Oromia region west Guji and Guji, Borena, Bale, east and west Hararge, Arsi and west Arsi, Jimma, Ilubabor, Bunobedele, Kelem, Horogudru, east and west Wellega, and west Shewa zones: Harari, Dire Dawa; from Somali region: Fafen, Nogob, Jarrar, Erer, Afder, Korahe, and Doolo zones; Sidama regional zones; from Central Ethiopia region Hadia, Halaba, Yem special zone, Kembata and Tembaro zones; from Gambella region, Agnwuak, Nuer, Itang, and Majang zones; from Benishangul-Gumuz region Metekel, Asosa, Kamash, and Mao Como zones; from Amhara region south and west Gondar, Awi and west Gojjam zones, and the northwest zone of Tigray region will receive light to moderate amounts (1-29 mm) of rainfall. On the other hand, numerical forecast information indicates that the maximum temperature for the day will exceed 38 degrees Celsius in Humera, Metema, Quara, Metekel, Gambella, Lare, Fugnido, Semera, Dubti, Gewane, and Awasharba.
