በትናንትናው ዕለት በመካከለኛው፣ በደቡብ ምዕራብና በደቡብ የሀገራችን አካባቢዎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም ደብረማርቆስ፣ መካነሰላም፣ የትኖራ፣ ጉንዶመስቀል፣ አለም ከተማ፣ ሻምቡ፣ ነቀምቴ፣ ካችስ፣ ኢጃጅ፣ ሊሙገነት፣ በደሌ፣ ጅማ፣ ጋቲራ፣ ጭራ፣ ሆሳዕና፣ ሀዋሳ፣ ብላቴ፣ ወላይታሶዶ፣ ሳውላ፣ ጂንካ፣ ተርጫ፣ አማን እና ቴፒ ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ (1-29 ሚ.ሜ) መጠን ያለው ዝናብ አግኝተዋል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በመተማ እና በጋምቤላ የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን ከ38°C በላይ ሆኖ ተመዝግቧል፡፡
