Additionally, the western and northwestern zones of the Tigray region; the western, northern, central, and southern parts of Gondar in the Amhara region; Awi zone; western and eastern zones of Gojjam; the Jimma, Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, Kellem, Horo Guduru, western and eastern Wollega; western, southwestern, northern, and eastern Shewa; Guji and western Guji; Borena and eastern Borena; Bale and eastern Harerge zones in Oromia; Addis Ababa; Harar; Dire Dawa; Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa, Konta, western Omo, and Dawuro zones in the South West Ethiopia region; Wolayta, Gofa, Gamo, Basketo, Gardula, and Gedeo zones in the Southern Ethiopia region; Sidama region zones; Gurage, eastern Gurage, Silte, Hadiya, Halaba, Yem special zone, Kambaata, and Tambaro zones in the Central Ethiopia region; Agnuak, Majang, and Itang zones in Gambela; Metekel, Asosa, Kamashi, and Mao Komo zones in Benishangul-Gumuz; and the Fafen zone in the Somali region are expected to receive rainfall ranging from light to moderate intensity (1-29 mm).Moreover, in the Kellem, western and eastern Wollega, Buno Bedele, Jimma, and Ilubabor zones, heavy rainfall exceeding 30 mm within 24 hours is anticipated. On the other hand, in Humera, Metema, Metehara, Quara, Gambela, Lare, Abobo, Funyido, Dire Dawa, Semera, Dubti, Dallifage, Gewane, Chifra, Metekel, Elidar, Awash Arba, Aisha, and Gode, daytime temperatures are expected to reach highs above 38 degrees Celsius.

Yesterday, there were cloudy conditions in the western, southern, and southwestern regions of our country. Additionally, in Sheka Zone, Gedeo Zone, Sidama, and the zones of Agnuak, Majang, and Itang, as well as in Jimma, Buno Bedelle, Horo Guduru, and Kellem Wollega zones, light to moderate rainfall was recorded. Furthermore, in Masha, heavy rainfall exceeding 30 millimeters was reported. On the other hand, in Metehara, Meiso, Dire Dawa, Funyido, and Gode, the daytime temperatures reached a high range between 36.0 and 38.6 degrees Celsius.
