በትናንትናው ዕለት በሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ በመካከለኛው፣ በምዕራብ እና በምስራቅ የሀገራችን አከባቢዎች የደመና ሽፋን ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም በመተማ፣ አይከል፣ ሻሁራ፣ ባህር ዳር፣ አባይሸለቆ፣ አሸር፣ ሸንዲ፣ እሮብገበያ፣ ቡሬ፣ መካነኢየሱስ፣ መርጦለማርያም፣ ደብረወርቅ፣ ቻግኒ፣ ላይበር፣ ደ/ታቦር፣ ላሊበላ፣ ፓዌ፣ አምቦ፣ ካቺስ፣ ወሊሶ፣ ቦሬ፣ ሆሮዶየ፣ ገለምሶ፣ አዲስ አበባ እና አቃቂ ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ያገኙ ሲሆን በዳንግላ ከ30 ሚ.ሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በአይሻ፣ ድሬዳዋ፣ መተሀራ፣ ጨፋ፣ ባቲ፣ ቀብሪደሀር፣ ኑራኤራ፣ ማጀቴ፣ መተማ እና ጎዴ የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን ከ35.0 ዲግሪ ሴልሺየስ በላይ ሆኖ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

In this regard, Metema, Aykel, Shahura, Bahir Dar, Abayshelleko, Asher, Shendi, Erobgebeya, Bure, MekaneEeysus, Mertolemariam, Debrework, Chagni, Leiber, DebreTabor, Lalibela, Pawe, Ambo, Kachis, Woliso, Bore, Horodoye, Gelmso, Addis Ababa, and Akaki received light to moderate rainfall, additionally more than 30 heavy rainfalls were recorded in Dangla within 24 hours. On the other hand, in Aisha, Dire Dawa, Metehara, Cheffa, Bati, Kebridehar, Nuraera, Majete, Metema, and Gode, the highest temperature of the day recorded exceed 35.0 degrees Celsius.

In association with this, from Tigray region northwest, central, eastern, southern and southeastern zones; from Amhara region western, northern, central, and southern Gondar, Awi zone; western and eastern Gojjam; northern and southern Wollo; Waghemra, Oromo Ethnic Special zone and northern Shewa Zones; from the Benishangul-Gumuz region Metekel, Assosa, Kamash, and Maokomo zones; from the Oromia region Jimma, Ilubabor, Bunobedele, Kelem, Horo Guduru, western and eastern Wellega, northern, eastern, western, and southwestern Shewa, Arsi and western Arsi, western and eastern Hararge, Bale, Guji and western Guji zones; Addis Ababa; Harari; from Gambella region: Angwuak, Majang, and Itang zones; from Southwest Ethiopia region Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa, Konta, west Omo, and Dauro zones; from Central Ethiopia region Gurage, Silte, Hadia, Halaba, Yem Special zone, Kembata and Tembaro zones; from Southern Ethiopia region the Wolayta, Gofa, Gamo, and Gedeo zones; Sidama regional zones; and from Somali region Fafen zone will receive light to moderate rainfall (1-29 mm) in many areas. Additionally, heavy rainfall exceeding 30 mm is expected in Legambo, Kuyu, Gindeberet, Metawalkite, Diksis, Sude, Nensebo, Dodola, Adaba, and Gena within 24 hours. On the other hand, our numerical forecast indicates that maximum temperature of the day will exceed 38 degrees Celsius in Metema, Cheffa, Bati, Metehara, Dire Dawa, Awash Arba, Gewane, Dubti, Semera, Aisha, and Kebridehar.
