በትናንትናዉ ዕለት በሰሜን ምስራቅ፣ በምስራቅ፣ በደቡብ፣ በደቡብምዕራብ፣ በምዕራብና በመካከለኛው የሀገራችን አከባቢዎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋንና ክምችት ነበራቸዉ፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም በስሪንቃ፣ ኮምቦልቻ፣ ጨፋ፣ መሀልሜዳ፣ ማጀቴ፣ ደብረማርቆስ፣ የትኖራ፣ ደብረብርሀን፣ ጎሬ፣ ጋቲራ፣ ሶኮሩ፣ አዳማ፣ አቦምሳ፣ አደሌ፣ ባሌሮቤ፣ መልካጀብዱ፣ ኩርፋጨሌ፣ ካራሚሌ፣ ሐረር፣ ድሬዳዋ፣ እምድብር፣ ሆሳዕና፣ ሀዋሳ፣ ተርጫ፣ ኩሚ፣ ሳውላ፣ አርባምንጭ እና ጂንካ ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ (1-29ሚ.ሜ) መጠን ያለዉ ዝናብ አግኝተዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በጅማ በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከ30 ሚሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday, there was cloud cover and accumulation in the northeast, east, south, southwest, west, and central parts of our country. In this regards, light to moderate rainfall were received in Sirinka, Combolcha, Cheffa, Mehalmeda, Majete, Debre Markos, Yetnora, Debrebrihan, Gore, Gatira, Sokoru, Adama, Abomsa, Adelle, Bale Robe, Melekjbidu, Kurfachele, Karamile, Harar, Dire Dawa, Emdibir, Hossana, Hawassa, Tercha, Kumi, Sawla, Arba Minch, and Jinka. Additionally, in Jimma heavy rainfall exceeding 30 mm was recorded within 24 hours.

በነገው ዕለት ዝናብ ሰጭ የአየር ሁኔታ ክስተቶች በጋ ሁለተኛ የዝናብ ወቅታቸው በሆኑት በደቡብና ደቡብ ምስራቅ እንዲሁም በደቡብ ምዕራብ፣ በመካከለኛው፣ በሰሜን ምስራቅና በምስራቅ የሀገራችን አካባቢዎች ላይ ቀጣይነት እንደሚኖራቸው የትንበያ መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ፡፡ ከዚህም ጋር ተያይዞ የቦረና ምስራቅ ቦረና፣ ጉጂና ምዕራብ ጉጂ ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የወላይታ፣ ጎፋ፣ ጋሞ፣ ባስኬቶ፣ ደቡብ ኦሞ፣ አሪ እና ጌዲኦ ዞኖች፤ የሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች እና ከሶማሌ ክልል የዳዋ፣ ሊበን፣ ቆራሄ እና ዶሎ ዞኖች በጥቂት ቦታዎቻቸው ላይ ቀላል መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ያገኛሉ፡፡ በተጨማሪም ከደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የቤንች ሸኮ፣ ሸካ፣ ከፋ፣ ኮንታ፣ ምዕራብ ኦሞ እና ዳዉሮ ዞኖች፤ ከጋምቤላ ክልል የአኝዋክ እና ማዣንግ ዞኖች፤ ከኦሮሚያ ክልል የጅማ፣ ኢሉባቦር፣ ቡኖበደሌ፣ ሆሮጉድሩና ምስራቅ ወለጋ፣ ምዕራብ፣ ደቡብ ምዕራብ፣ ሰሜንና ምስራቅ ሸዋ፣ አርሲና ምዕራብ አርሲ፣ ባሌ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ሐረርጌ ዞኖች፤ አዲስ አበባ፤ ሐረር፤ ድሬዳዋ፤ ከማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የጉራጌ፣ ስልጤ፣ ምስራቅ ጉራጌ፣ ቀቤና ልዩ ዞን፣ ሀድያ፣ ሀላባ፣ የም ልዩ ዞን፣ ከምባታ እና ጠምባሮ ዞኖች፤ ከአማራ ክልል የምስራቅ ጎጃም፣ ደቡብ ጎንደር፣ ሰሜን ሸዋ፣ የኦሮሞ ብሄረሰብ ልዩ ዞን፣ ዋግኸምራ፣ ሰሜን እና ደቡብ ወሎ ዞኖች፤ ከትግራይ ክልል የደቡብ፣ ደቡብ ምስራቅ እና ምስራቅ ዞኖች፤ ከአፋር ክልል የቅልበቲ፣ ፋንቲ፣ አውሲ፣ ጋቢ እና ሀሪ ዞኖች እና ከሶማሌ ክልል የሲቲ፣ ፋፈንና ጃራር ዞኖች በአንዳንድ ቦታዎቻቸው ላይ ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን (1-29 ሚ.ሜ) ያለው ወቅቱን ያልጠበቀ ዝናብ የሚኖራቸው ሲሆን፤ በቆቦ፣ ጉባላፍቶ፣ ዳዋጨፋ፣ ሳይንት፣ እነማይ፣ ጉሊና፣ ደደር፣ ሜታ፣ ጭሮ፣ አሴኮ እና ጎሎልቻ በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከ30 ሚሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ይኖራቸዋል። ስለሆነም ወቅቱን ያልጠበቀ ዝናብ በሚኖርባቸው አካባቢዎች ማህበረሰቡ የደረሱ ሰብሎችን መሠብሠብ እንደሚያስፈልግ የኢትዮጵያ ሚቲዎሮሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት ይጠቁማል።

Tomorrow, the rain-giving weather events will continue across the southern and southeastern parts of the country which are in their second rainy season of the Bega, as well as in the southwest, central, northeast, and eastern parts of the country. In this regard, in Borena and east Borena, Guji and west Guji zones, from Southern Ethiopian region Wolaita, Gofa, Gamo, Basketo, South Omo, Ari, and Gedeo zones; Sidama region zones and from Somali region Dawa Liben, Korahe and Doolo zones will receive light rainfall in some areas. In addition, from southwest Ethiopia region Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa, Konta, West Omo, and Dawuro zones from the Gambella region Agnuak and Majang zones; from Oromia region Jimma, Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, Horogudru, and east Wellega, west, southwest, north, and east Shewa; Arsi and west Arsi, Bale, west and east Hararge zones; Addis Abba; Harar, Dire Dawa, from central Ethiopia region Gurage, Silte, East Gurage, Kebena Special Zone, Hadiya, Halaba, Yem Special zone, Kembata, and Tembaro zones; from Amhara region east Gojam, South Gondar, north Shewa, Oromo Special Zones, Waghemra, north and south Wollo zones; Southern, Southeastern, and Eastern zones of Tigray region; from Afar region Kilbeti, Fanti, Awsi, Gabi, and Hari zones; and from Somali region Siti, Fafen, and Jarar zones will have light to moderate rainfall (1-29 mm) in some areas, and in Kobo, Gubalafto, Dawachefa, Sayint, Enemay, Gulina, Deder, Meta, Chiro, Aseko, and Gololcha will receive exceeding 30 mm of heavy rainfall within 24 hours. Therefore, the Ethiopian Meteorology Institute advises communities in areas expecting unseasonal rainfall to harvest matured crops.
