Yesterday, dry, sunny, and windy Bega weather conditions were observed over much of the northeastern, central, southern highlands, and eastern parts of the country. In this regard, in Debark, Gashena, Bati, Amba Maryam, Wegeltena, Bishoftu, Bui, Emdibir, Arsi Robe, Bale Robe, Chelenko, Kulubi, Haromaya, Jigjiga, and Chefedonsa reported daily minimum temperatures dropping below 5°C.

Tomorrow, much of the northeastern, eastern, southern highlands and central parts of the country will experience Bega season dry, sunny, and windy weather conditions. In association with this, in Wegeltena, Bati, Amba Maryam, Were Ilu, Mehal Meda, Debre Berhan, Enwari, Alem Ketema, Shola Gebeya, Debark, Bishoftu, Bui, Arsi Robe, Bale Robe, Haromaya, Chelenko, Kulubi, Jigjiga, and Emdibir the daily minimum temperature is expected to drop below 5°C; and Cold conditions are likely to persist during the night and early morning. On the other hand, there will be occasional cloud cover the south, west, and southwestern parts of the country. Accordingly, in a few places of Ilubabor, Jimma, Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa, and Majang zones will receive light rain.
