በትናንትናዉ ዕለት በምዕራብ፣ በደቡብ እና በሰሜን ምዕራብ የሀገራችን አከባቢዎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን ነበራቸዉ፡፡ በመሆኑም በጅማ፣ አርጆ፣ ሊሙገነት፣ ቡሬ፣ ጋምቤላ፣ ጃራ፣ ባሌሮቤ፣ ዶሎመና፣ ነገሌ፣ ቡሌሆራ፣ ሐዋሳ፣ ወላይታ፣ ጂንካ፣ ዲላ፣ ብላቴ፣ ቡርጂ ደባርቅ፣ መተማ፣ ጎንደር፣ አይከል፣ አዴት፣ ዳንግላ፣ ቻግኒ፣ መተከል እና አሶሳ ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለዉ ዝናብ የነበራቸው ሲሆን ያቤሎ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን በአይሻ፣ ፉኝዶ እና መተማ ከ36-41 ዲግሪ ሴልሺየስ ተመዝግቧል፡፡
