በትናንትናው ዕለት በልግ ዋነኛና ሁለተኛ የዝናብ ወቅታቸው በሆኑት የሀገራችን ክፍሎች ላይ ጠንካራ የደመና ሽፋን የነበራቸው ሲሆንና፤ በብዙ ቦታዎቻቸው ላይ ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ አግኝተዋል፡፡ ለአብነትም በአማን፣ ጂንካ፣ ሳዉላ፣ አርባምንጭ፣ ተርጫ፣ ዶሎመና፣ ሐዋሳ፣ ጋምቤላ፣ ፉኝዶ፣ ላሬ፣ ደምቢዶሎ፣ ቡለን፣ ጎሬ፣ አይራ፣ ጊምቢ፣ አንገርጉትን፣ አርጆ፣ ኢጃጂ፣ ጅማ፣ ሊሙገነት፣ ሻምቡ፣ ጊዳአያና፣ ካቺስ፣ አምቦ፣ ወሊሶ፣ ገለምሶ፣ ሒርና፣ ቁልቢ፣ ኩርፋጨሌ፣ አዲስ አበባ፣ አሶሳ፣ አዲግራት፣ ሽሬ እንዳስላሴ፣ አድዋ፣ ጎንደር፣ አይከል፣ ሻሁራ፣ ደብረታቦር፣ ደብረ ወርቅ፣ የትኖራ፣ መካነ ሰላም እና ጉንዶ መስቀል ዝናብ ተመዝግቦባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በጨዋቃ፣ ነጆ፣ ነቀምቴ እና ማጂ በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከ30ሚሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለዉ ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን በአዋሽ አርባ፣ መተሐራ፣ ጎዴ፣ ገዋኔ እና ሰመራ ከ38-40.4 ዲግሪ ሴልሺየስ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday, there was strong cloud cover over the main and second rainy benefiting areas of our country and they received light to moderate amounts of rain in many places. For instance, in Aman, Jinka, Sawla, Arba Minch, Tercha, Delomana, Hawassa, Gambella, Fugnido, Lare, Dembidolo, Bullen, Gore, Aira, Gimbi, Angergutin, Arjo, Ejaji, Jimma, Limugenet, Shambu, Gidayana, Kachis, Ambo, Woliso, Gelemso, Hirna, Kulubi, Kurfachele, Addis Ababa, Assossa, Adigrat, Shire Endesilase, Adwa, Gondar, Aykel, Shahura, Debre Tabor, Debre Work, Yetnora, Mekane Salam and Gundomeskel. In addition, heavy rainfall of more than 30mm was recorded in Chewaka, Nedjo, Nekemte and Maji in 24 hours. On the other hand, the maximum temperature of the day was recorded 38 to 40.4 degrees Celsius in Awash Arba, Metehara, Gode, Gewane and Semera.

በነገው ዕለት ለዝናብ መፈጠር አመቺ የሆኑ የአየር ሁኔታ ክስተቶች በልግ ዋነኛና ሁለተኛ የዝናብ ወቅታቸው በሆኑት እንዲሁም በሰሜን ምዕራብ የሀገሪቱ አከባቢዎች ላይ ተጠናክረው ይቀጥላሉ፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር ተያይዞ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የወላይታ፣ ጋሞ፣ ጎፋ፣ ባስኬቶ፣ አማሮ፣ ደራሼ፣ ኮንሶ፣ ቡርጂ፣ ደቡብ ኦሞ እና ጌዲኦ ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የቤንች ሸኮ፣ ሸካ፣ ከፋ፣ ኮንታ፣ ምዕራብ ኦሞ እና ዳዉሮ ዞኖች፤ከኦሮሚያ ክልል የጉጂና ምዕራብ ጉጂ፣ ምስራቅ ሐረርጌ፣ ባሌና ምስራቅ ባሌ፣ ቦረና እና ምስራቅ ቦረና፣ የጅማ፣ ኢሉባቦር፣ ቡኖ በደሌ፣ ቄለም፣ ሆሮ ጉዱሩ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ወለጋ፣ አርሲ እና ምዕራብ አርሲ ዞኖች፤ ከሶማሌ ክልል የጃራር፣ ኤረር፣ ኖጎብ፣ ቆራሄ፣ ሸበሌ፣ አፍዴር፣ ዶሎ፣ ሊበን እና ዳዋ ዞኖች፤ የሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች፤ ከማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሀድያ፣ ሀላባ፣ የየም ልዩ ዞን፣ ከምባታ እና ጠምባሮ ዞኖች፤ ከጋምቤላ ክልል የአኙዋክ፣ ኑዌር፣ ኢታንግ እና ማጃንግ ዞኖች፤ እንዲሁም ከአማራ ክልል የምዕራብ፣ ማዕከላዊና ደቡብ ጎንደር፣ አዊ ዞን፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ጎጃም ዞኖች፤ ከቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል የመተከል፣ አሶሳ፣ ማኦ ኮሞ እና ካማሽ ዞኖች ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን (1-29 ሚ.ሜ) ያለው ዝናብ ያገኛሉ፡፡ በተጨማሪም ሸካ፣ ከፋ፣ ማጃንግ፣ ጅማ፣ ኢሉባቦርና አሶሳ ዞኖች በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከ30 ሚ.ሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ የሚያገኙ ሲሆን፤ የሚኖረው የዝናብ መጠንና ስርጭም የበልግ የግብርና ስራዎችን ለማከናወን ከፍተኛ ፋይዳ ይኖረዋል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በሁመራ፣ መተማ፣ ቋራ፣ መተከል፣ ጋምቤላ፣ ላሬ፣ ፉኝዶ፣ ሰመራ፣ ገዋኔ፣ አዋሽአርባ እና ጎዴ የቀኑ ከፍተኛ የሙቀት መጠን ከ38 ዲግሪ ሴልሺየስ በላይ ሆኖ ይመዘገባል፡፡

Tomorrow, weather events favorable for rainfall formation will intensify over the main and second Belg-rain bnefiting areas of our country and the northwestern parts of the country. In association with this, from the Southwest Ethiopia region Wolayta, Gamo, Gofa, Basketo, Amaro, Derashe, Konso, Burji, South Omo and Gedeo zones; from southwest Ethiopia region Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa, Konta, West Omo and Dauro zones; from Oromia region; Guji and west Guji, east Hararge, Bale and east Bale, Borena and east Borena, Jimma, Ilubabor, Bunobedele, Kelem, Horo Gudru, west and east Wellega, Arsi and west Arsi zones; from Somali region: Jarrar, Erer, Nogob, Korahe, Shebelle, Afder, Doolo, Liben and Dawa zones; Sidama regional zones; from Central Ethiopia region Hadia, Halaba, Yem Special zone, Kembata and Tembaro zones; from Gambella region Agnwuak, Nuer, Itang and Majang zones; and from Amhara region west, central and south Gondar, Awi zone, west and east Gojjam zones; from Benishangul-Gumuz region of Metekel, Assosa, Mao Como and Kamash zones will receive light to moderate amount (1-29 mm) of rainfall. In addition, Sheka, Kefa, Majang, Jimma, Ilubabor and Assosa zones will receive heavy rainfall of more than 30 mm in 24 hours. On the other hand, the maximum temperature of the day will exceed 38 degrees Celsius in Humera, Metema, Quarra, Metekel, Gambella, Lare, Fugnido, Semera, Gewane, Awash Arba and Gode.
