በትናንትናው ዕለት በሰሜን፣ በሰሜን ምስራቅ፣ በመካከለኛው፣ በደቡብ እና በምስራቅ የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን እና ክምችት ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም የሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ ማዕከላዊ፣ ደቡብ፣ ደቡብ ምስራቅና ምስራቅ ትግራይ ዞኖች፤ ማዕከላዊ ጎንደር፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ጎጃም፣ ሰሜንና ደቡብ ወሎ፣ ሰሜን ሸዋ እና ዋግኸምራ ዞኖች፤ ከአፋር ክልል የጋቢ እና አዉሲ ዞኖች፤ የጅማ፣ ሰሜን፣ ምዕራብና ደቡብ ምዕራብ ሸዋ፣ ምዕራብ ጉጂ፣ አርሲ፣ ባሌ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ሐረርጌ ዞኖች፤ አዲስ አበባ፤ ድሬዳዋ፤ ከጋምቤላ ክልል የአኙዋክ ዞን፤ ከደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የዳዉሮ ዞን፤ ከማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሀድያ፣ ጉራጌ እና ስልጤ ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የወላይታ፣ ጋሞ እና ኮንሶ ዞኖች እና የሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለዉ ዝናብ አግኝተዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በገለምሶ ከ30 ሚ.ሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday, north, northeast, central, south and eastern parts of the country had cloud coverage and accumulation. In association with this, the north west, central, south, south east and east Tigray zones; central Gondar, west and east Gojjam, north and south Wollo, north Shewa and Waghemra zones; Gabi and Awusi zones from the Afar region; Jimma, north, west and south west Shewa, west Guji, Arsi, Bale, west and east Hararge zones; Addis Ababa; Dire Dawa; Agnuak zone from Gambella region; from the south west Ethiopia region Dawuro zone; from the central Ethiopian region Hadiya, Gurage and Silte zones; from the south Ethiopia region Wolaita, Gamo and Konso zones and the Sidama region zones received light to moderate rainfall. In addition, heavy rainfall of more than 30 mm was recorded over Gelemso.

Tomorrow, the numerical weather prediction indicates that weather events favourable for the formation of Kiremt rains will continue in the same conditions. In line with this, the western, central, northwestern, southeastern, southern and eastern zones of the Tigray region; from the Amhara region west, north, south and central Gondar, west and east Gojjam, Awi zone, north and south Wollo, Oromo ethnic special zone, north Shewa and Waghemra Zones; from the Afar region Kilbeti, Gabi, Fanti, Awusi and Hari zones; from the Benishangul Gumuz region Metekel, Asossa, Mao Komo and Kamash zones; from the Oromia region Jimma, Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, Kelam Wellega, west and east Wellega, Horo Guduru Wellega, southwest, east, north and west Shewa, Guji, Bale, Arsi and west Arsi zones; Addis Ababa; from the Gambella region Agnuwak and Majang zones; from the south west Ethiopia region Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa, Konta and Dawuro zones; from the central Ethiopia region Gurage, Silte, Halaba, Hadiya, Yem special zone, Kambata and Tembaro Zones; from south Ethiopia region Wolaita and Basketo zones; all zones of Sidama region and Siti zone of Somali region will receive light to moderate rainfall in many places. In addition, in Adwa, Debark, Ebnat, Laigaint, Yilmanadensa, Motta, Kallu, Bati, Chifra, Dalifagi, Kelela, sayint, Moretinajru, Asossa, Kamash, Gimbi, Sasiga, Gutogida, Harolimu, Gindeberet and Ada’a will receive heavy rainfall of more than 30 mm in 24 hours. On the other hand, due to the intensifying weather events, west Omo, Gedeo, east Bale, Dire Dawa, west Hararge, Borena and east Borena zones will receive light rainfall.
