በትናንትናው ዕለት የክረምት ዝናብ ተጠቃሚ በሆኑት የትግራይ፤ አማራ፤ ቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ፤ ጋምቤላ፤ አፋር፤ ኦሮሚያ፤ ሰሜን ሶማሌ፣ ደቡብ ምዕራብ፣ ማዕከላዊ እና ደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ እንዲሁም በምስራቅ የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች ላይ ጠንካራ የደመና ሽፋን እና ክምችት ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም የሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ ማዕከላዊ፣ ደቡብና ደቡብ ምስራቅ ትግራይ ዞኖች፤ የሰሜን፣ ደቡብና ማዕከላዊ ጎንደር፣ ምስራቅና ምዕራብ ጎጃም፣ አዊ፣ ሰሜንና ደቡብ ወሎ፣ ሰሜን ሸዋ እና ዋግኸምራ ዞኖች፤ ከአፋር ክልል የአዉሲ፣ ጋቢ እና ሀሪ ዞኖች፤ ከቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል የአሶሳ እና መተከል ዞኖች፤ የጅማ፣ ኢሉባቦር፣ ቡኖ በደሌ፣ ሆሮ ጉዱሩ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ወለጋ፣ ምዕራብ፣ ደቡብ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ሸዋ፣ ምዕራብ ጉጂ፣ ቦረና እና ምስራቅ ቦረና፣ አርሲ፣ ባሌና ምስራቅ ባሌ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ሐረርጌ ዞኖች፤ አዲስ አበባ፤ ድሬዳዋ፤ ሐረር፤ ከደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የቤንች ሸኮ፣ ሸካ እና ዳዉሮ ዞኖች፤ ከማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሀድያ፣ ጉራጌ እና ስልጤ ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የወላይታ፣ ጎፋ፣ ጋሞ፣ ኮንሶ፣ ቡርጂ እና ደቡብ ኦሞ ዞኖች፣ የሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች እና ከሶማሌ ክልል የፋፈን ዞን ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለዉ ዝናብ አግኝተዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በመቀሌ፣ በአይደር፣ በባህርዳር፣ በፓዌ፣ በቻግኒ፣ በአሶሳ፣ በጊዳአያና፣ በመተሀራ፣ በባቱ፣ በአቦምሳ፣ በገለምሶ፣ በባሌሮቤ፣ በጊኒር፣ በሐረር፣ በጂጂጋ፣ በባብሌ፣ በቁሉቢ፣ በጨለንቆ፣ በሂርና፣ በግራዋ፣ በኩርፋጨሌ፣ በካራሚሌ እና በጂንካ ከ30 ሚ.ሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday, the Kiremt rainfall benefiting areas Tigray; Amhara; Benishangul Gumuz; Gambella; Oromia; northern Somali, southwest, central and southern Ethiopia as well as eastern parts of the country had strong cloud coverage and accumulation. In this regard, the northwest, central, south and southeast Tigray zones; north, south and central Gondar, east and west Gojjam, Awi, north and south Wollo, north Shewa and Waghemra zones; from the Afar region Awusi, Gabi and Hari zones; from the Benishangul Gumuz region Metekel and Asossa zones; Jimma, Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, Horo Guduru, west and east Wellega, west, south west and east Shewa, west Guji, Borena and east Borena, Arsi, Bale and east Bale, west and east Hararge zones; Addis Ababa; Dire Dawa; Harar; from the south west Ethiopia region Bench Sheko, Sheka and Dawuro zones; from the central Ethiopian region Hadiya, Gurage and Silte zones; from the south Ethiopia, Wolaita, Gofa, Gamo, Konso, Burji and South Omo zones; Sidama region zones and from the Somali region Fafen zone received light to moderate rainfall. In addition, heavy rainfall of more than 30 mm was recorded over Mekelle, Aider, Bahir Dar, Pawe, Chagni, Asossa, Gidayana, Metehara, Batu, Abomsa, Gelemso, Balerobe, Ginir, Harar, Jijiga, Babile, Kulubi, Chelenko, Hirna, Girawa, Kurfachele, Karamile and Jinka.

For the coming day, there will be widespread cloud coverage and accumulation over the parts of the country benefiting from Kiremt rains. In line with this, the western, central, northwestern, southeastern, southern and eastern zones of the Tigray region; from the Amhara region west, north, south and central Gondar, west and east Gojjam, Awi zone, north and south Wollo, Oromo ethnic special zone, north Shewa and Waghemra Zones; from the Afar region Kilbeti, Gabi, Fanti, Awusi and Hari zones; from the Benishangul Gumuz region Metekel and Kamash zones; from the Oromia region Jimma, Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, east Wellega, Horo Guduru Wellega, southwest, east, north and west Shewa, Guji and west Guji, Arsi and west Arsi, Bale and east Bale, west and east Hararge zones; Addis Ababa; Dire Dawa; Harar; from the Gambella region Agnuwak, Nuwer and Majang zones; from the southwest Ethiopia region Bench Sheko, Sheka, Kefa and west Omo Zones; from the central Ethiopia region Gurage, Silte, Halaba, Hadiya, Yem special zone, Kambata and Tembaro Zones; from the south Ethiopia region Wolaita, Gofa, Basketo, south Omo and Gedeo zones; all zones of Sidama region and Somali region Siti zone will receive light to moderate (1-29 mm) rainfall in many places. In addition, in Tselemt, Atsibi, Abergele, Alamata, Abiala, Berahile, Dalifagi, Laiy Gayint, Bugna, Gidan, Awash Fantale, Afdem, Aseko, Anchar and Agarfa will receive heavy rainfall of more than 30 mm in 24 hours. On the other hand, due to the intensifying weather events, Dawuro, Gamo, South Omo, Amaro, east Borena and Fafen zones will receive light rainfall.
