በትናንትናው ዕለት የክረምት ዝናብ ተጠቃሚ በሆኑት የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች ላይ የደመና ሽፋን እና ክምችት ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም የደቡብ ምስራቅ ትግራይ ዞን፤ የማዕከላዊ ጎንደር፣ ምስራቅና ምዕራብ ጎጃም፣ ሰሜንና ደቡብ ወሎ፣ ሰሜን ሸዋ እና ዋግኸምራ ዞኖች፤ ከአፋር ክልል አዉሲ ዞን፤ ከቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል የአሶሳ ዞን፤ የጅማ፣ ኢሉባቦር፣ ቡኖ በደሌ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ወለጋ፣ ሰሜን፣ ምዕራብ፣ ደቡብ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ሸዋ፣ አርሲ፣ ባሌ እና ምስራቅ ሐረርጌ ዞኖች፤ አዲስ አበባ፤ ከደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የቤንች ሸኮ፣ ሸካ እና ዳዉሮ ዞኖች፤ ከማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሀድያ እና ስልጤ ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የወላይታ፣ ጎፋ፣ ጋሞ እና ደቡብ ኦሞ ዞኖች፣ የሲዳማ ክልል ዞኖች እና ከሶማሌ ክልል የፋፈን እና ቆራሔ ዞኖች ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለዉ ዝናብ አግኝተዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በፅፅቃ፣ በወገልጤና፣ በሚሌ በሾላገበያ እና በጋምቤላ ከ30 ሚ.ሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday, the Kiremt rainfall benefiting parts of the country had strong cloud coverage and accumulation. In association with this, the southeast Tigray zone; central Gondar, east and west Gojjam, north and south Wollo, north Shewa and Waghemra zones; Awusi zone from the Afar region; Asosa zone from the Benishangul Gumuz region; Jimma, Ilubabor, Buno Bedele, west and east Wellega, north, west, south west and east Shewa, Arsi, Bale and east Hararge zones; Addis Ababa; from the south west Ethiopia region Bench Sheko, Sheka and Dawuro zones; from the central Ethiopia region Hadiya and Silte zones; from the south Ethiopia region Wolaita, Gofa, Gamo and South Omo zones; Sidama region zones and from Somali region Fafen and Korahe zones received light to moderate rainfall. In addition, heavy rainfall of more than 30 mm was recorded over Tsitsika, Wegeltena, Mille, Sholagebeya and Gambella.

In addition, in Chifra, Awura, Dalifagi, Elidar, Asayita, Gubalafto, Dawunt, Mekdella, Kelela, Wegdi, Dessie, Wareilu, Bati, Cheffa, Moretinajru, Antsokia, Berehat, Kewat, Ankober, Mao Komo, Gambella, Asossa, Akobo, Jore, Dima, Gidami, Seyo, Bure, Mettu, Alge, Setema, Degam, Jidda, Dugda, Bora, Boseti, Dodota, Munesa, Robe, Arsinegele, Dodola, Kofale, Goba, Adaba, Cheha, Sodo, Lemo, Dalocha, Wara, Yem special zone, Tembaro, Masha, Yeki, Chena, Cheta, Bench, Maji, Decha, Konta, Tercha, Damotsore, Kawokoisha, Humbo, Sodozuria, Boreda, Basketo, Gezeigofa, Wubari, Bokodawula, Danod and Gashamo will receive heavy rainfall of more than 30 mm in 24 hours. On the other hand, due to the strengthening of accumulation clouds the south and southeast parts of the country will receive light to moderate amount of rainfall.
