በትናንትናው ዕለት የክረምት ዝናብ ተጠቃሚ በሆኑት በሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ በምዕራብ፣ በመካከለኛው፣ በሰሜን ምስራቅ፣ በምስራቅ እና ደቡብ የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች ላይ ጠንካራ የደመና ሽፋን እና ክምችት ነበራቸው፡፡ ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘም የደቡብ ምስራቅ ትግራይ ዞን፤ ከአማራ ክልል የሰሜን፣ ደቡብ እና ማዕከላዊ ጎንደር፣ ምስራቅና ምዕራብ ጎጃም፣ አዊ፣ ሰሜንና ደቡብ ወሎ፣ ሰሜን ሸዋ እና ዋግኸምራ ዞኖች፤ ከቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል የመተከል ዞን፤ ከኦሮሚያ ክልል የጅማ፣ ምስራቅ ወለጋ፣ ጉጅ እና ምዕራብ ጉጅ፣ ምዕራብና ምስራቅ ሐረርጌ ዞኖች፤ አዲስ አበባ፤ ድሬዳዋ፤ ከማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የጉራጌ እና ስልጤ ዞኖች፤ ከደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የዳውሮ ዞን፤ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የወላይታ፣ ጋሞ፣ ጎፋ፣ ደቡብ ኦሞ እና ጌዲኦ ዞኖች እና ከሶማሌ ክልል የፋፈን ዞን ከቀላል እስከ መካከለኛ መጠን ያለዉ ዝናብ ነበራቸው፡፡ በተጨማሪም በቡለን፣ በደብረብርሀን፣ በሳውላ እና በወላይታ ከ30 ሚ.ሜ በላይ ከባድ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ተመዝግቧል፡፡

Yesterday, there was cloud cover and accumulation over the Kiremt rain-benefiting areas of the northwest, west, Central, northeast, east and Southerner parts of the country. In association with this, the south east Tigray zone; from Amhara region north, south and central Gondar, west and east Gojjam, Awi, north and south Wollo, north Shewa and Waghemra zones; from Benishangul-Gumuz region Metekel zone; from Oromiya region Jimma, east Wellga, Guji and west Guji, west and east Harerge zones; Addis Ababa; Dire Dawa; from Southwest Ethiopia region zones Dauro zone; from Central Ethiopia region Gurage and Silte zones; from Southern Ethiopia region Wolaita, Gofa, Gamo, Gedeo and south Omo zones received light to moderate amounts of rainfall. In addition, more than 30 mm of heavy rainfall was recorded in Bullen, Debre Birhan, Sawla and Wolayta.
