The first ten days of August will be moderate to high surface water flows in most of the summer use basins. As a result, the previously available surface water will be reduced infiltration, therefore rainwater will leads to flooding. In addition, there will be a possibility of flash floods, especially in flood-prone basins, as well as an increase in river levels, and inundation of rivers in the lower basins of rivers originating in the upper basin. Hence, communities living along the river banks, in wetlands and swamplands should be cautious.
