July 2nd Assessment and July 3rd Outlook 2026

The third dekad of July outlooks indicate an improvement in surface water conditions over most of the Kiremt rainfall dependent river basins with moderate to high surface runoff. Therefore it is suggested that the relevant sectoral institutions and stakeholders should optimize the expected opportunities and minimize the associated risks by adopting the following basin specific Hydro Meteorological Advisories and Actions.
