The climate information that was collected and analyzed for the second dekad of May indicated low to moderate conditions that were suitable for mosquito vector expansion and the breading over the following geographical areas: most of western and southern Oromia, Eastern Gambela, the southwest, and south Ethiopian region, eastern Somalia, and southern Benishangul Gumuz.
