Heat stress is likely to persist in the lowland areas of Afar, Gambela, Somali, South Ethiopia, and Western Amhara, posing risks to human health. Strengthened disease surveillance, vector control, heat-health preparedness, and timely dissemination of climate-health information are essential to reduce potential health impacts and support effective early warning and response.
