According to the first dekad of December 2025 climate-health analysis, there were no suitable climate conditions for malaria breeding, but for the coming ten days, there will be suitable climate conditions over some pocket areas of southwest Ethiopia and eastern Ethiopia. However, non-significant heat stress conditions exist in the low-lying border areas of the eastern, northeastern, western, and southern parts of Ethiopia, particularly in the Afar, Gambela, Somali, and South Ethiopia regions, affecting human and cattle activity and productivity.
