Across western half catchments and Belg rain benefiting eastern and southern catchments had a better moisture performances. Among Belg months during May better moisture performances were observed most parts of main river basin. The maximum moisture index value was observed over Abay and OmoGibe basins During June, with exception of Awash and Genale Dawa across the rest the moisture performance of all upper catchments of main river basins will performed wet condition. In addition, from July to September all Kiremt benefiting catchments will remain under wet condition.  Back to List |
