5 Year Strategy

The National Meteorological Agency of Ethiopia has endorsed its five year (2011-2015) strategic plan. This document is originally written in Amharic and it has 69 pages. This document discusses the situation analysis both local and international political, economic, societal and technological (PEST ANALYSIS). 

Then in its following chapters it discussed major strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threat (SWOT Analysis). Finally it has come up with basic strategic issues and proposed actions that would address the strategic issues.
