During the month of November, 2016 even though the night time and early morning temperature coldness was strong in the first and second dekades, the last dekad of the month experienced a decreases in coldness due to the increase in cloud coverage and rainfall activity over most parts of the country. In the upcoming month of December, 2016 the Bega?? dry, sunny and windy weather condition is expected to dominate over most parts of the country.
