During the third decade of October, dry, sunny and windy weather condition dominated over much of the country. However, south, southwestern Oromiya, western Amhara, central Tigray ,Benshangul-Gumuz, Gambela, SNNPR have received rain during the decade. In the coming first decade of November, unseasonal rain is expected over northern, central and east parts whereas, places over the southern half will continue to receive their seasonal rain.
