During March 2011 most of the days remained hot over the lowlands of northwestern, western, northeastern, eastern, southeastern parts of the country especially pocket area of Somalia,Gamella,Afar and Tigray with temperature above 40 ° C.The monthly average temperature values were below normal over most part of the country except over portion of northwestern border,southern,southeastern,northeastern of the country.
