Rainfall, Temperature and Humidity(RTH) Conditions during February 2019. According to the national meteorological data of February 2019 report; total amount of monthly rainfall 80 mm and above were not recorded in this month. But monthly mean relative humidity 60% and above were recorded over some eastern parts of Afar Region, some pocket area of Northern Amhara and some western parts of Oromia. Similarly the distribution of rainfall was recorded below average to very much above average over most parts of the country; accordingly above average were record rainfall distribution was registered over most western, Southern and northern half of the country; On the other hand; below normal rainfall distribution was observed over a few central Oromia, few southern parts of the country
