According to the weather forecast, in the coming second dekad of April 2017, the moisture condition likely to have a good performance over most Belg rain and beneficiary areas including the southern, south western, south eastern and western part of the country. This situation would have a positive implication to satisfy the water need of crops at early stage and perennial plants and for the supply of drinking water and pasture over pastoral and agro pastoral areas.
