Dekadal Agrometeorologicals

As it is indicated in the forecast, during the coming third dekad the moisture condition is likely to have more strength over Kiremt rain benefiting areas particularly the western half, eastern and north eastern parts of the country. The expected enhanced moisture will have positive contribution to satisfy the daily water need have lately planted Meher crops, those which are found at flowering and grain filling stage and for perennial plants as well. Similarly, the expected moisture over eastern and north eastern which areas that decreasing moisture in the previous dekads will have positive contribution to satisfy the daily water need of lately planted Meher crops, those which are found in different growing stage and for perennial plants as well. Similarly, the expected moisture would have ensure the availability of pasture and drinking water and will enable them to harvest and store rain water for the pastoral communities. Moreover, the expected expanded moisture over south and southern parts favourable for early planted crops and the availability of pasture and drinking water over pastoral and agro-pastoral communities.
