Expected weather impact on water resource during the coming Month of December, 2019
In the coming month of December the dry and sunny condition will be dominated over most parts of main river basins. In other hand in some catchments sometimes there will be a chance to get rainfall according to the forecast information.
In line to this upper and middle Wabishebele, southern and eastern tip of Abay, most part of OmoGibe, Genaledawa, middle and lower Rift valley, upper tip of Tekeze, Ogaden, upper and middle Awash and catchments will be expected to have rainfall. The occurrence of rain across those catchments will be benefited to minimize the shortage of moisture during Bega season and it has contribution to support the availability of water by using rain water harvesting.
