The moisture performance of February had shown better moisture performance over Belg
rain benefiting catchments of North Eastern, South Eastern and some of south western
catchments. Accordingly Eastern and upper parts of Tekeze, Eastern Abay, and Eastern Baro
Akobo, upper Ganale Dawa, middle Wabishebele and most parts of western OmoGibe
catchments were performed wet condition.
